JOIN THE BRAIN TRUST.
Kavor Studios is expanding its team to meet accelerating demand across a growing portfolio of new and current productions. The roles below are defined with precision — each a clearly scoped mandate for the practitioners, engineers, and leaders who will shape the studio's next phase.
Chief Manufacturing / Supply Chain Officer
Lead the physical supply chain that translates our digital design language into finished material — owning global sourcing, vendor partnerships, and in-house fabrication as we scale to meet accelerating client demand. You will architect the production capacity that allows Kavor to expand its portfolio without compromising the standard the studio is known for. We are building the team for a new wave of productions and require a manufacturing executive with a track record of operating at global scale.
Chief Product Officer
Define how Kavor's craft becomes repeatable product — owning the roadmap across our digital, physical, and live platforms and converting one-off productions into scalable lines. You will set the product strategy that lets the studio serve a growing client roster without rebuilding from first principles each engagement. We are expanding for new and current projects and require a product leader who has taken platforms from inception to a live user base.
Senior Software Engineer
Join our in-house engineering team and work on the platforms behind our products end to end — web, dashboards, payments, and the real-time backends that operate entire businesses. You will take ownership of full-stack features across the product roadmap, working within a growing engineering group as we expand to meet client demand. We require an engineer who has taken a product from zero to a live user base.
Sound Effects / Sound Design Engineer
Define the sonic identity of every world we build — from foley and ambient design to interactive game audio and the sound of physical products in motion. You will own the full audio pipeline across new and current projects as we expand to meet rising demand. We require a sound designer with shipped titles and a disciplined ear for craft.
Hardware Technician
Build and maintain the physical compute that runs the studio — custom servers, high-performance gaming rigs, sensor arrays, and drone systems. You will assemble, test, and service production hardware in our shop, keeping the systems behind every project running. We require a builder with a portfolio of assembled compute and a track record of keeping a working shop in operation.
Senior Project Manager
Keep multiple productions moving from concept to ship — sequencing teams across digital, physical, and live canvases without dropping a handoff. You will own timelines and the trust between departments as we expand to take on additional projects and support the engagements already in flight. We require an operator with a record of shipping cross-discipline work.
Lead Illustrator / Concept Artist
Create the first look at every world — key art, visual development, and the illustrations that become reference material for the industry. You will set tone and direction across new and current projects as we grow the team to keep pace with client demand. We require an illustrator whose work has defined worlds, not merely filled them.
Executive Chef / Culinary Director
Own the culinary program that sustains the studio — the nutrition and balance behind our cafeterias, and the snack and meal deliveries that keep our team fueled at their desks. You will lead kitchen operations, sourcing, and menu planning as a discipline, with full ownership of the standard carried across every meal. We require a chef who has run a professional kitchen at scale.
